The raw materials for this product are of the highest quality, with the appropriate characteristics to withstand de-alcoholisation. This process is carried out using the ultra vacuum method which respects the personality of the base wine. Numerous trials and tastings have been undertaken to discover the perfect profile for an innovative product in a growing market.

Serve well chilled as an aperitif, between 5 and 8°C. Store in a vertical position, protected from direct light and vibrations, and at a constant temperature.
